1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before the package is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

2. Hygiene Guidelines for Underwear & Boxers
Due to health, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, innerwear and boxer shorts that have been opened, worn, or had tags removed cannot be returned for refunds.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Immediate Replacement)
- If you receive an incorrect size, wrong print, or a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo of the unwashed, unworn item with its original tag and packaging.
- We will arrange a free exchange pickup and deliver the correct replacement at zero additional delivery cost to you.
