1. Orders and Acceptance
- All orders submitted through our storefront are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
- Upon placing a quick order or cart checkout, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and SMS/call verification when required.
- SARIVA reserves the right to cancel or withhold any order in the event of inaccurate contact information or suspected fraudulent behavior.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and are inclusive of standard local taxes where applicable.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all districts in Bangladesh, as well as digital mobile banking methods (bKash/Nagad).
- Delivery fees vary by region: Inside Dhaka (৳80) and Outside Dhaka (৳150) unless configured promotional free shipping applies.
3. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, proprietary textile prints, artwork, photography, and website code belong exclusively to SARIVA and may not be reproduced without written consent.
